Chilling out

We went earlier and took our time. The heeling thing happened again. It was raining (deserted, of course) so I took her mat under the picnic shelter. We did some relaxing on the mat, with me stroking her, and she was able to put her head down for moments at a time before having to lift her head to look at stuff. I also had her tug toy, and we did off switch stuff.

It is really neat for me to see this turning point (the last few posts) as Amika settles into this new place and the new routine. I’m enjoying going back through these old entries in my log as I put them up here, picking out what we have mastered and what still needs work now.
